What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy bathes your skin in thousands of UV-free red-light LEDs. It’s a warm, relaxing session people love for leaving skin looking fresher and smoother. Have it on its own, or alongside a tan.
Is the red light on the K11 really UV-free?
Yes. The megaSun K11 Air Select has a dedicated UV-free red-light mode, so you can enjoy a pure red-light session with no tanning UV at all.
How is the megaSun K11 Air Select different from a normal sunbed?
It’s the world’s first all-LED bed. UV tanning, UV-free red light and an energising light mode, all from LEDs. It’s climate-controlled, quieter, and reads your skin with a sensor to set every session. There’s nothing else like it in Glasgow.
How long should my first session be?
It depends on your skin type, and that’s exactly what our team will set for you. The K11’s sensor helps tailor your dose too. Sessions start from 6 minutes.
Do I need to book?
No appointment needed for sunbeds. Pop in any time, we’re open 7 days a week. For beauty and aesthetics you can book directly with our in-house specialists.
How much does it cost?
Sunbed sessions start at £9, and red light therapy is £18 for 15 minutes. A course of six works out cheaper. No contracts: pay as you glow.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. Sunbed use is strictly over-18s only, and every session is supervised, in line with Scottish regulations.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re in Nitshill (G53) and welcome clients from across the Southside: Pollok, Priesthill, Darnley, Crookston, Barrhead, Shawlands, Giffnock and Newton Mearns.
